Hello everyone,
Today is the day I leave for South Africa! Im very excited and not too nervous. My flight leaves tonite at 7pm. I will then be in London for 12 hours, to explore a little. I won't make it to South Africa until Sunday...its a long trip, about 18 hours total. I will be able to update on here so make sure you read this thing to find out about my South African adventures. The last month has been interesting to say the least. I have become the biggest slacker. I have lost the desire to do things. The only thing that I really do consistently is go to work, my history recitation and my museum class. Im not sure what's wrong with me. My Mom would probablly think that I am depressed or something, but i'm not. At least I don't think that I am.
I wish I could figure things out. I guess I just feel that I don't have anyone I can talk to about my feelings. I do have a few friends, but for some reason I dont feel comfortable opening up. For anyone that knows me well, you know that I have difficulty opening up unless I have been drinking large quantities of alcohol, which is partially why I no longer do that. I guess I just wish I had that one person I could tell anything and everything to. Im sure that everyone wants that. Im close to Kelly but that's different somehow.
Basically, I just need to get my shit together. There isnt enough time to fix the emotional or mental because finals are coming up quick and I have entirely too much to do. It will have to wait till the week before I go to South Afica. Then I can find myself on the trip or at least attempt to. BTW I cannot wait to go to SA. 5 more weeks. I can't believe how close it is...it should be amazing.
Physically I've been having problems too. I cannot fall asleep before 3am, which is weird. Also i've been having stomach problems. Im not sure what it is but I think it might be my lactose intolerance is back or I have IBS, both of which would suck a lot.(not to mention gross) Maybe I should go to the doctors.
Some weird guy imd me today from the Facebook, which reminded me once again why I hate it. Needless to say I am, once again, turning off my membership.
In other news, I have decided to double major. History and History of Art with a specialization in Museum Studies. It will only take another year, which is fine with me. I'm planning on going to Grad School so whats another year when I have two more of grad school.
I think that is it. Im getting a new phone. I cant handle this 55 a month crap.

I didn't think it was possible but I had yet another breakdown.This time it was spurted by the fact that I suck at life school, family, money, and relationships just to name a few. I also hate school and work right now...both are ruining my life.
The breakdown occurred while I was walking to work after getting out of class. In said class I recieved my midterm grade which is well below par. The fact that I had to go to stressful work just set me off. Ever since we returned from Spring break and all the shit that happened @ work while we were gone. Basically people don't do what they should so we all have to pay with our paychecks...it sucks.
As for the money situation...it's grim.
Maybe I should just get my act together. Things need to change, soon. Before I really lose it.

So last week my Grandma Hymes died. Luckily I was on Spring Break so I didn't have to worry about school and crap. I didnt really go to school last week. I just didn't feel up to it for some reason. It seems that just about everytime I wake up and take a shower before 8am I feel sick to my stomach. It eventually goes away but I can't handle it so I go to sleep. Today I worked 14 hours. At the 10th hour I realized that my shirt, we wear long sleeved dress shirts, was rubbing away my skin on my neck. Weird I know. I had also worn this shirt a few times before and it never happened. So now I have what looks like a hickey on the back of my neck. I came home from work today and found out that my Grandpa Hymes is in the hospital. He should be okay my Mom just thought he should go to the Emergency room since he wasn't looking that good. With my Grandma dying and all the added stress from that it just made him more sick. I'm sorry if I haven't called people in a while but things have been crazy with the family. Hopefully next week will be better

I think I just had another nervous breakdwon. I hate just about everything right now. I hate that despite having two jobs I have no money. This is because I have a credit card bill that is way too high. I need to get another job. I need to stop denying the fact that I am somewhat depressed. I mean only a depressed person would sit on their couch watching the America's Next Top Model show for about 13 hours, not that I had anything else to do. I need to get my act together, start going to class all the time, start reading, start papers before they are due, stduy for exams. I need to stop being sick. I need to make friends, because I have about 3, four including my sister...it's REALLY sad. Things are just bad these days. At least tomorrow my 830 is cancelled. I have way too much shit to get done. PS I don't talk to Maurice anymore,it also seems like I made the whole thing up. I too would think that I did if he wouldn't have invited me to church, said hi to me at the Breslin and talked to me non- stop before I met him face to face. If that doesn't do any thing for a person's self esteem I don't know what would. I wish I didn't hate everything...but that's me in a nut shell right now.
I got my passport...I guess i'm really going to South Africa now.
